We offer expert and compassionate counseling for ages 4 and up. Our experienced counselors provide you with guidance, support, and tools to help you work through your concerns.
Walk and Talk Therapy
This exciting service supports both the positive mental and physical benefits of exercise with the personal growth of therapy. The only difference between traditional therapy and Walk and Talk Therapy is that we conduct the session outdoors while walking together. The combination of therapy with exercise has a variety of benefits that include an increase in self awareness, relaxation, and an increased ability to combat depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions.
We are excited to offer Telehealth sessions to be more available to our patients. These 50 minute sessions are conducted via a HIPAA compliant webcam. These sessions are the same as face-to-face sessions and are covered by most insurance companies. To set up a Telehealth session, please contact us to review the process.
We offer a variety of topics to speak to your schools, work groups, community groups, and church groups. Some examples include the stress of parenting, new moms, conflict management, etc.
We believe in supporting the health of our community. We attend local community events, races, and fairs that support and educate the community about mental health.
