An Attitude of Gratitude

Gratitude.  I find this powerful word one of my best self-care tools.  It holds no restrictions to the time of day or place where I am able to use it.  Gratitude has the ability to make a dark situation a bit brighter.  It can fill a person with hope, peace and love.  This week I invite you to practice gratitude and see what it can bring to your day.  Ideas to practice gratitude might include making a list of 5 things each day you are grateful for in your life, sending an email to someone you are blessed to know, saying “I love you” and meaning it, or simply recognizing the impact a smile can bring to yourself and others.  Today, I am grateful to have the opportunity to share this message, and that you read it!
