Think Positively!

The gift of positive thinking is truly underrated.  When a person can think positively they tend to experience less stress, worry and depression.  What are ways that you increase your positive thinking?  First of all, challenge your negative thinking by stating “Not helpful” when one arises.  This way the negative thought will not have an opportunity to cement in your brain.  Secondly, have a few positive sayings that you repeat during times that negative thoughts tend to arise.  These can be as simple as “Breathe” or “This too shall pass”.   Finally, practice positivity by smiling at the cashier, sending a kind text or calling a good friend to say hello (not to complain!).  If you practice these few ideas, you will be gifting yourself and others with more joy and peace.  Thanks in advance for sharing your positivity!
